DURST RHO 512R

The durst Rho 512R is a 12 picolitre UV inkjet printer that has a maximum print size of 5 meters wide. This printer can print up to 1200 dpi at speeds of up to 4150 square feet per hour. In addition, it can be used to print 3 separate rolls simultaneously, maintaining efficiency when the full bed cannot be utilised by one job.

The Durst Rotex 325 is a dual-purpose printing system that combines direct-to-textile printing with dye sublimation transfer printing technology. Printing directly on to paper the 325 achieves an exceptionally high-quality print using water-based environmentally friendly dispersion inks. The printer reaches speeds of up to 4,195 square feet per hour.

The Durst Rho P10 250 is the most versatile and productive 10 picolitre UV printer in the industry. The Monti Antonio is an Italian calender that works with the Durst Rho 325. This machine sublimates the ink into our fabric through a gas exchange that takes place at temperatures of 180 degrees.

KLIEVERIK OLDENZAAL

Similar to the Monti Antonio, the Klieveril is a calender that we use in our dye-sublimation process. It is used to transfer ink from one substrate to another through a gas exchange. This machine is used as our overflow machine.

EPSON SURECOLOR S50600

The SureColor S50600 is an extremely fast and flexible printer supporting speeds of upto 51.8 meters squared . It can be used with a range of print media and is predominantly used to print direct onto vinyl. It features dual print heads, a dual high capacity ink supply, a high-speed drying system and adjustable multi-stage media heating.

MULTICAM SR2515 VI

The Multicam sR2515 VI is a flatbed CNC router that handles a large variety of rigid board materials. At Coleman group we use this cutting machine for all materials that are beyond the cutting ability of our Bulmer and Zund – usually more solid materials like MDF, acrylic, dibond etc. The machine operates on with interchangeable triple axis cutting heads, allowing the operator to cut both 2D and 3D shapes.

LUNA DC 420 P DOUBLE MITRE SAW

The Luna DC 420 P is a highly efficient aluminium cutting saw that it used in house to cut all extrusion. This saw houses twin 420mm saw blades that operate with a pneumatic tilt feature that can cut both 45-degree and 90-degree angles.

T - SERIES

The Summa S160 T-Series has the deepest cut of all vinyl cutters in their class. It has an advanced computer-controlled blade rotation and up to 600 grams of cutting force, which translate into faster more efficient weeding and finishing.

MEEVO MKF MX

The Meevo is an automated sewing unit that requires little aid from the operator, and can be operated by anyone, with no level of experience or skill required to achieve a perfect SEG welt. This machine completely automates the sewing process, running approximately 10 times faster than manual sewing. This increases our output speeds, which inherently accelerates our overall fabrication efficiency.

SPRAY BOOTH

The in-house spray booth is one of our newest additions to Coleman Groups facility. This booth is primarily used to paint our 3D prints but is occasionally used to colour extrusion. We spray with automotive paints and seal with clearcoats to achieve either a glass, satin or matte finish.

MLC 1600 LAMINATOR

The Modular Laminator Crest (MLC) has been designed for high quality adhesive coating, panel mounting, laminating and encapsulation of images. The machine offers an adjustable line pressure of 2.5N/mm, and a maximum roller speed of 8 m/min.
